Rally Jr. Overview
Welcome to your one-stop shop for everything Rally Jr!
Think of this event as the ultimate Flatirons Kids experience…turned all the way up! On June 19th (530-830p), we are throwing a high-energy, completely free night designed just for 2nd–5th graders. It will be packed with engaging worship, fun teaching, hilarious skits, and games, with dinner included to make it an easy “yes” for families.
As leaders across every Flatirons campus, our goal is simple: to create a safe, well-supervised, and unforgettable environment where kids can build friendships, have a ton of fun, and learn about the love of Jesus in a way that connects with their everyday lives.
Everything needed to equip each volunteer team, execute at each of our campuses, and pull off an incredible night is right here on this page!

Grade Leaders + Coaches
While Rally Jr. won’t have a formal, sit-down small group time, Grade Leaders are still the absolute heart of the night! We want you to lead with the intentionality of a small group leader while keeping the energy high. You get to set the tone for the event, jump into the fun, and intentionally lean in to get to know the kids in your section. Whether you are answering a curious question, introducing two kids who don’t know each other, or just giving a high-five after a game, your presence makes this massive event feel personal. You are the key to ensuring every kid feels seen, safe, and connected!
And you won’t be doing it alone! Grade Coaches will be right there alongside you, supporting our leaders with that exact same intentionality. Just as you are looking out for the kids, your Grade Coaches are there to look out for you—answering questions, helping you set the tone, and making sure you feel fully equipped and encouraged to bring the energy all night long.
To help you get ready to lead the charge and bring the energy, we have compiled everything you need right here. Check out the materials below to fully prepare for your role at Rally Jr:
Guest Experience Team
The Guest Experience team is the front door to Rally Jr! Encompassing Check-In/Check-Out, Ushers, Greeters, and the New Families team, you have an incredibly important dual mission for the night. First, we want to roll out the red carpet for parents with unreasonable hospitality. A smooth, welcoming drop-off and pick-up process builds immediate trust and lets parents know we deeply care about their family.
Second—and most importantly—you get to hype up the kids! The kids are our ultimate VIPs. We need you to bring the energy, get loud, and embrace the fun. The excitement you bring when a kid walks in sets the tone for their entire experience. Long before the games or worship even begin, your big smiles and enthusiastic welcomes tell every single kid, “You belong here, and this night is going to be amazing!”

Vibe Team
The Vibe Team is exactly what it sounds like—you are the ones setting the tone, turning up the energy, and creating the atmosphere for the entire night! During Rally Jr., kids will be moving through two massive, next-level rotations. One is an action-packed zone filled with sports, high-energy games, and giant inflatables, while the other is an epic “choose your own adventure” space featuring a massive collaborative art piece, a popcorn bar, video games, and special Rally Jr. merch.
As part of the Vibe Team, your job is to make both of these environments completely come alive! Whether you are refereeing a friendly competition or helping a kid navigate the ultimate snack bar, you are there to ensure they have an absolute blast.

Behind the scenes, you are the champions of our volunteer hub—keeping it perfectly stocked, looking out for our team, and even jumping in to run deliveries to leaders who need a quick boost on the floor. You make sure everyone feels cared for so they can focus on making the night unforgettable!
