Logistics for All Volunteers
During the course of Kids Camp, all communication will be streamlined to volunteers through the use of GroupMe. It is crucial for you to have this app downloaded on your phone + that you join the right team so that you are prepared for all aspects of Kids Camp. Below you will find the links to each GroupMe Team:
Small Group Leaders
Small Groups are meant to be with a group of similar-age peers that gather with a consistent leader throughout the week. The activities are designed to review each day’s Bible story, help kids apply each day’s Bottom Line, introduce and review the Memory Verse, and include a time of prayer. Small Group time is the most important Kids Camp rotation as it helps kids interact + talk about what they’ve been learning about each day. I like to say the Bible story isn’t over until the kids know what to do with it. Small Group is meant to move kids to action. You can think of it as an opportunity for discipleship for your Kids Camp week. Below you will find all the guide + activity materials that you will need to prepare for small groups at Kids Camp:
